You agree to hold the Coach / Therapist harmless from any liability that may arise from not implementing recommended actions or any perceived act of omission or negligence on the part of the Therapist / Coach.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that the course director is not able to advise on the disability process for university students outside of the UK. 

Student Contact:

By signing up to the program you acknowledge that your young person can be subscribed to Autism Routemap for the purposes of receiving email contact. A student can unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Recording Policy:

By participating in this program, the student accepts that sessions are recorded so that the recordings can be watched by fellow students who were not able to attend the session. Students who do not wish to be on camera can turn their cameras off.  

Conduct:

By participating in this program, you agree to treat other participants and the course director with respect and kindness. Everyone has the right to feel safe and valued in this space. Students who display disrespectful behaviour towards others will be asked to leave and membership will be terminated with immediate effect.

Refund Policy:

We understand that situations can change and we want to make it easy for you to manage your subscription.

You can cancel your enrollment in our program at any time and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the month before your next bill. 

Please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
