Starting university is a huge change for everyone but autistic students can face many extra challenges. That’s why we created this course  ... because a little preparation can make all the difference.

 

In our live online sessions, you’ll build a strong foundation for uni life. You'll explore your strengths, challenges and get clear on the kind of support that works for you. We’ll cover the practical stuff like daily routines, living skills, study habits, wellbeing and building real connections.

When do we start?

Sessions run on Mondays & Thursdays from 3:30-4:30pm starting on the 21st July 2025 until the 7th August

Who is this for?

This is specifically tailored to autistic (Level 1) students who are starting at a UK-based university in September 2025. 

What is the cost?

The coaching course costs £85.00 which includes access to all 6 sessions, recordings and materials. 

What if I can't attend all the sessions?

No problem! You will have access to the recordings so you can catch up in your own time. 

Where do we meet?

We meet on zoom so you can participate from the comfort of your own home. Camera on or off - you choose!
