How sessions work

  • Sessions are held on zoom so you can join from a place that feels comfortable
  • Each session lasts an hour
  • Support is individualised

Many people find that weekly sessions are helpful to begin with as they provide continuity and momentum.

From there, frequency can be adjusted to suit your needs, energy and circumstances.

Ā What you may gain from working together

Over time, many people notice:

  • Greater self-understanding and self compassion
  • More confidence in relationships and communication
  • Improved emotional regulation and resilience
  • Less sense of being stuck or overwhelmed
  • A clearer sense of direction and choice
  • Daily life that flows more smoothly and productively

The aim isn't to change who you are. It's to help life feel more manageable and aligned with who you are.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Linda Philips

I work closely with neurodivergent individuals and their families to support emotional wellbeing, relationships and everyday self-management skills.

I’m a registered Speech and Language Therapist, with a Master’s degree in Human Communication and over three decades of experience supporting people across different stages of life. My work is grounded in listening, collaboration and practical support that fits real life, not one-size-fits-all solutions.

I offer individual sessions, run a supportive group for university students, contribute to autism assessmentsĀ and provide training for businesses, helping employers and employees find effective, respectful ways of working together.

I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves better, feel more confident in their relationships and find ways to thrive in their daily lives.

My wife and I found the services of Linda Philips absolutely invaluable. Linda has been a rock of strength at times when we felt close to despair. We cannot recommend her highly enough. Her insight, her experience, her words of wisdom have been inspirational and, ultimately effective. Her services have been truly outstanding and exceptional.

I made tremendous progress in a very short space of time due to the outstanding nature of therapy I was receiving.
I enjoyed and looked forward to each and every session and am excited to apply my learning to my future.

Sessions with Linda have been a complete game changer for me. I have found her insight to be absolutely brilliant and tremendously helpful for moving me forwards through a very difficult home situation.
I highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve the quality of their relationships.
