Hi, I'm Linda

I work closely with neurodivergent individuals and their families to support emotional wellbeing, relationships and everyday self-management skills.

I’m a registered Speech and Language Therapist, with a Master’s degree in Human Communication and over 3 decades of experience supporting people across different stages of life. My work is grounded in listening, collaboration and practical support that fits real life, not one-size-fits-all solutions.

I offer individual sessions, run a supportive group for university students, contribute to autism assessments, and provide training for businesses, helping employers and employees find effective, respectful ways of working together.

I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves better, feel more confident in their relationships and find ways to thrive in their daily lives.
